The rental price includes all taxes, electricity, local phone calls, end of stay clean*,
hi-speed Internet access (PC available within the condo for your use) and use of all communal facilities.

*Stays of 5 nights or less will incur a cleaning fee of $75 (£45)A non-refundable deposit of $150 (£100) per week is required within 7 days of your initial reservation. Payment of the balance is due no later than 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.You are also required to pay a refundable security/breakage deposit of $250 (£150)Payment can be made by US dollar check, Sterling cheque, Credit Card or PayPal.
